Your Impact
Throughout the program, you will:
- Assist in client sales and retention efforts, gaining exposure to a wide range of asset classes and investment professionals within the firm.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and investment consultants to deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis, conduct market research, and contribute to strategic planning aimed at meeting clients' investment objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, including top-tier pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, central banks, and other institutional investors.
- Learn about asset allocation strategies and identify investment opportunities across both traditional and alternative strategies to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to understand client needs and analyze market activities, assisting in the development and execution of strategies that help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Work closely with bankers, global investment specialists, and estate experts to recommend investment and wealth management solutions tailored to protecting, managing, and enhancing client portfolios.
- Partner with various teams, including those focused on market strategy, equities, and alternative investments, to conduct research, develop products, and address client requirements.
- Engage in continuous learning through mentorship, educational sessions, and networking events to build a strong professional network and advance personal growth.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a U.S. university, with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025.
- Eligibility for F-1 STEM OPT and CPT, with support provided by JPMorgan Chase.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in additional Chinese dialects, such as Cantonese and Taiwanese, is a plus.
