Overview of the Role
In this position, you'll collaborate closely with senior business leaders at JPMorgan to craft strategies that align with the needs of their clients. Your work will involve teaming up with groups that manage and distribute investment solutions across a variety of asset classes, serving both institutions and financial intermediaries.
Program Highlights
The program begins in New York, where you'll receive both technical and practical training designed to ensure you can make an impact right from the start. Initially, you'll gain an understanding of JPMorgan's business operations before being placed with a team in one of the following areas: sales support, marketing, business management, strategy, or training.
Your Impact
Throughout the program, you will:
- Assist in client sales and retention efforts, gaining exposure to a wide range of asset classes and investment professionals within the firm.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and investment consultants to deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis, conduct market research, and contribute to strategic planning aimed at meeting clients' investment objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, including top-tier pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, central banks, and other institutional investors.
- Learn about asset allocation strategies and identify investment opportunities across both traditional and alternative strategies to meet client needs.
Team Preferences

- Funds Management: Focuses on distributing J.P. Morgan's investment products to broker-dealers, insurance companies, asset managers, banks, and registered investment advisors. This includes U.S. and international mutual funds, separate accounts, and alternative investments.
- Institutional Sales: Serves large, sophisticated clients such as pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, central banks, and other institutional investors.
- Marketing: Works with JPMorgan professionals to create and implement marketing strategies, produce and distribute content, research and analyze products, and support business development initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree (No MBA)
- Enrolled at a college/university in the U.S.
