Your Impact
As a Wealth Management Professional within Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring that all aspects of the client experience are managed with precision. This role requires strong operational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively to solve problems and meet client needs. You will work closely with Private Wealth Advisors to support their clients, manage the onboarding process, execute trades, oversee liquidity management, and coordinate wealth advisory services.

- Advisory Coordination: Identify opportunities for wealth advisory services and coordinate these offerings within the client base.
- Portfolio Management: Manage advisory business implementation, portfolio rebalancing, and cash balances.
- New Account Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Client Reporting: Provide potential new clients with an overview of reporting and web capabilities.
- Transaction Execution: Execute, process, and reconcile trading and other investment-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree: Required.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in financial services with a strong focus on client service and operational management.
- Client Service Orientation: A strong interest in providing exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomous & Collaborative Work: Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Integrity & Excellence: A commitment to high standards of integrity and excellence.
- Financial Services Interest: A genuine interest in the financial services industry.
- Certifications: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 required (must be obtained within three months of employment).
